Automated digital delivery

A paid order purchases a website recommendations report for the selected page coverage. Generation begins automatically after payment confirmation. Your order portal shows the delivery status, and a service email is sent when the report is ready.

If something goes wrong

If payment is duplicated, the report cannot be generated, or you believe the delivered report does not match the purchased service, contact us through your private order portal. Include the issue and the relevant order reference. We will review the payment and delivery record and explain the available resolution.

Before requesting a refund

Page access can be limited by website protection, unavailable pages or technical restrictions. The report identifies material limitations. An advisory report does not promise a particular search ranking, traffic increase or recommendation by an AI assistant.

Your applicable rights

Any refund or cancellation request is assessed in light of the service delivered and applicable requirements. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us promptly if you wish to discuss cancellation before generation has completed.
