When you request a scan, we process the website URL and publicly accessible page content needed to inspect it. When you place an order or contact us, we process the contact details, billing details and messages you provide. We retain records of orders, payment status, generated reports and support conversations to operate the service.

Service providers

Stripe processes payment information on its checkout page. We do not store your full card number. Website evidence may be sent to an AI service provider to generate paid recommendations. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the application and deliver service messages.

Do not submit private website credentials, confidential pages or sensitive personal information for analysis. Reports may include information that appears on the public pages you submit.

Private access and security

Your scan, order and support links contain access tokens. Anyone who receives a private link may be able to view its contents. Keep these links confidential and contact us if a link is exposed.

Optional marketing messages

Where you have provided permission, your contact details may be used for optional marketing messages. These messages include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing adds your email to a suppression list so it is not selected for future marketing campaigns across our brands. Requested service messages, such as order and support updates, are handled separately.

Retention and your requests
