Data deletion and privacy requests

How to ask JTC Invest LLC, the operator of JTCSignal, to review personal information associated with this service. This page provides instructions; it does not collect or submit a request.

Send a clear request by email

Write to and explain which personal information you want deleted or reviewed. Include the name or email associated with your use of JTCSignal and an order, scan, support or earlier privacy reference if you have one. A helpful subject is “Privacy request”, but no special wording or legal citation is required. An email request is reviewed by the team; sending it does not automatically delete information, cancel a purchase or refund a payment.

Provide only what is necessary

Identify the information and the outcome you are requesting without sending unrelated records. If the concern is about a person mentioned on a scanned website, give the source URL and the relevant passage. Do not email passwords, full payment-card details, private access tokens or identity documents with an initial request. If you are acting for another person or an organization, explain your role so any necessary authority can be checked proportionately.

Verification protects the right person

We may need reasonable information to confirm your identity or authority before disclosing, changing or deleting personal information. The checks should be proportionate to the request and the risk; they are not a routine demand for an identity-document upload. If you can no longer access the original email address, explain that in your message so an appropriate alternative can be considered. Knowing an order reference alone does not authorize access to someone else’s records.

Review, response and applicable rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy in the relevant circumstances, and withdraw consent for future consent-based use. Where GDPR applies, responses are generally due within one month; a permitted extension for complex or numerous requests must be explained within that period. Any applicable verification rules and statutory deadlines govern the request. This page does not promise an immediate automated response or certify that a request is already complete.

Some records may need to remain

Erasure is not an unconditional requirement to remove every record. Invoices, payment history, accounting records, evidence needed for legal claims and relevant fraud or abuse-prevention information may need to be retained where justified by applicable law. Marketing suppression records can be necessary to remember an objection and prevent further messages. The response should explain the scope of any action and relevant reasons for retained information. Deleting browser cookies or a downloaded report does not remove server-side records.

Stopping marketing is a separate choice

If you only want to stop marketing, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or tell us at . The application uses a shared suppression list across its storefronts to avoid reintroducing an opted-out address. Necessary messages about a purchase or support request have separate service purposes. A suppression record may remain even where other contact information is removed; keeping that limited record helps honor your objection rather than treating deletion as new permission to send.

Previously issued private request links

If you already received a private verification or status link for an earlier privacy case, it can still be used subject to its existing access and expiry rules. Keep the complete link confidential and follow the instructions shown on that private page. Replacing the public form with these instructions does not itself close an existing case or erase its records. A new email request does not automatically create a private portal or issue a verification email; the team will explain any further steps that are needed.

Questions or an unresolved concern

Contact if a response does not address your request, an existing link no longer works or you need clarification about retained information. Keep the relevant correspondence and identify which part remains unresolved. You can also contact a competent data-protection authority or use other remedies available under applicable law; contacting the operator does not require giving up those rights. The privacy policy provides further information about the data, purposes, providers and safeguards involved in this service.
