An interface for more people

Clear by design. Open to improvement.

We aim to make the website usable with a keyboard, on small screens and with assistive technology. This page describes our approach, not a certification.

Navigation and readable content

The interface uses semantic headings, a skip link, labeled form controls and visible keyboard focus. Menus and FAQs use native browser controls wherever practical.

Motion is optional

Decorative movement is reduced when your device requests reduced motion. Essential content remains visible without JavaScript.

Some workflows need JavaScript

The secure payment interface and automatic status updates rely on JavaScript. Report content and standard forms are server-rendered. Contact support if a workflow is not accessible to you.

Help us improve

If you encounter a barrier, tell us which page and action were affected and, if you are comfortable sharing, your browser or assistive technology. We will review the issue.
